If you have followed me for a while you would know my BIG focus is on Inclusivity, so when I stumble upon an inclusive location I get excited!! Welcome to Vernons NEW Jumpstart playground, a all inclusive playground built by Canadian Tires Jumpstart program. This playground is accessible for all ages, abilities, and mobility, meaning a child in a wheelchair can use it as well. Including ASL, braille, a wheelchair-friendly merry-go-round, music, and more! It is a family MUST do on your next trip to Vernon!
