Hiking Trails in Logan Lake BC are many. Most are multi use trails so keep the eye on the prize and bring your trail etiquette when exploring near the Village of Logan Lake. The trail network in the region is well identified as beginner, intermediatte, expert and all-purpose trail networks.
The longest trail network routes are identified as "all purpose trails" meaning they are shared trails accessed by off-road, horsebike riding, hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. These trails like "Hellfire", "The Outer Rim" and "The Dog Leg", lead you into the northern wilderness regions of the valley.
There is also a network of easy trails classified as "beginner and intermediate trails" like the "Water Hole", "Jelly Fish", "Upper Scar Tissue" and the "Tree Fort" located north of the village as well. The more challenging "expert trails" include the "Frankenstein" and the "Hairy Ditch".
There are shelters, sightseeing benches, outhouses, and fire pits located along some of the Logan Lake trails. Throughout the backcountry trail network are also emergency location numbers for identification when help is needed.
