BC snowshoeing destinations in BC Canada

Snowshoeing in Logan Lake BC Canada is a real treat when looking for outdoor adventures during the winter months. Located north of the Village of Logan Lake are 16 kilometres of snowshoe trails to explore.

Types of Snowshoe Trails in Logan Lake BC

Trails range from beginner family routes, to intermediate to expert. Some of the trail names have a lot of personality like the Bumble Bee Tuna, Hippity-Dippity, Jelly Fish, Frankenstein and Hairy Ditch Trails.

Snowshoeing and XC Ski Trails

Trails are located partially with the XC Ski area in the community. Some trails cross xc ski trails so please keep your head up and try not to disturb ski trail tracks.

Keeping it Family

Some of the easy going snowshoe routes are family oriented to make the experience enjoyable for all. There are little to no hills... and trails are short. Along some of the routes are lean-tos (warming shelters), outhouses and winter campsites.

Trail Etiquette

  • Dogs are allowed.
  • Snowshoeing is only permitted on the trails.
  • Please do not walk on the groomed trails.
  • No vehicles or snowmobiles are allowed.
  • Please pack out your garbage.

Please note: Snowshoe trails are not patrolled. Use at your own risk.
