Snowshoeing in Logan Lake BC Canada is a real treat when looking for outdoor adventures during the winter months. Located north of the Village of Logan Lake are 16 kilometres of snowshoe trails to explore.
Trails range from beginner family routes, to intermediate to expert. Some of the trail names have a lot of personality like the Bumble Bee Tuna, Hippity-Dippity, Jelly Fish, Frankenstein and Hairy Ditch Trails.
Trails are located partially with the XC Ski area in the community. Some trails cross xc ski trails so please keep your head up and try not to disturb ski trail tracks.
Some of the easy going snowshoe routes are family oriented to make the experience enjoyable for all. There are little to no hills... and trails are short. Along some of the routes are lean-tos (warming shelters), outhouses and winter campsites.
