Vernon Winter Carnival Festival of Lights and BC Games Torch lighting ceremony

Vernon Winter Carnival lights up their annual festival of lights at City hall. During the event BC, Winter Games lit the 100-day torch in honor of 100 days until the BC Winter games which will be taking place in Vernon BC in February!
